From a background in luxury hotels around the world and private residential property management, Simon joined Portico in 2012. Simon leads our business and is visible within our contracts each and every day and is active in supporting our people and meeting with our clients.
Michaela is one of the industry’s most experienced and respected operators. With a career spanning 25 years in hospitality and client service, Michaela is solutions focused and confident in promoting new ideas and bringing added value to our people and our clients.
Sophie joined Portico following an established career in hospitality. She has a passion for delivering outstanding service through people. It has always been Sophie’s passion and priority to develop and encourage teams to innovate and exceed guest and customer expectations.
Amanda joined Portico from the corporate hospitality sector. Amanda focuses on new business, client retention and marketing activities within Portico. Amanda’s glass is always half full and she is tenacious in ensuring that we continually challenge ourselves to enhance what we do.
Hanna joined our Senior Leadership team in 2017 to further shape our Client Services. A member of the Portico family for many years, Hanna began her career in 2006 as a receptionist and she has since worked tirelessly, taking on more responsibility and challenging roles, progressing within our Operations team. Hanna was also responsible for launching Portico’s Training and Development Academy.
